Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies !!!!! Yum



Here's a chocolate recipe for you to make.
When you think of chocolate it's a food group of it's own.

Ya ..........just gotta have it..

I wanted to make sure you had a recipes with chocolate, for this very special day.

Valentines Day is a great day show someone your care.......
and for me cooking is expression of my love for my family and friends.

I hope I've made it easier for you to do the same..

dry ingredients

2/3 cup tapioca flour
2 cups almond flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

wet ingredients

2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

3rd group of ingredients

1/4 melted butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips


1 cup walnut ( set aside until batter in mixed, then add)


mix dry ingredients with a fork,
add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients mix well

place chocolate chips and butter in a bowl, microwave on reduced power to gently melt, microwave for only a minute at a time,

mix butter and chocolate until they are fully combined,
when butter and chocolate are cool add to brownie batter

fold in walnuts

line a 8x8 pan with foil,
coat foil with cooking spray, or rub crisco on the foil

spread batter evenly

bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes do not over cook

make 16 2 inch brownies

brownies freeze extremely well,
