oven french fries..............golden, crisp, and chrunchy

Look how golden crisp these oven french fries come out!!!!!

This recipe is simple but well worth having in your recipe file.

Kids of all ages will love them.
It might even be a great recipes to spend time in the kitchen with your kids, once you have done the cutting. They can have fun placing the french fries on the cookie sheet in a single layer to
evenly cook.

oven french fries

peel 4 large potatoes ( or 6 med)
cut into potato wedges ( cut in half, then quarters, then cut the quarters, ended up
with 8 pieces from each potato) rest on paper towel to get rid of moisture.

take a large bowl
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon penzey chili 3000 or (seasoning of your choice )
lightly salt and pepper

place well drained potatoes in oil mixture, mix well.

line metal cookie sheet that has sides with foil.

bake at 425 for 50 minutes.
