Gluten Free Spice Pound Cake

My Gluten Free Spice Pound Cake, is an old fashion favorite, I tried to recreate.
Spice cake was one of my favorite flavors as a kid.  It usually was frosted, with like a cream cheese
frosting.  But I'm not looking to pack on the pounds with frosting.  But I did think you could make this pound cake and make a cream cheese spread and make little tea cakes, for showers or special occasions. Like they used to do with banana bread.

Gluten free Spice  Pound Cake
1 1/2 cups almond flour
3/4 tapioca flour
1/4 potato starch
2 tablespoons flax
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teasppon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon mace
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup half and half
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients together, Spray and dust loaf pan with potato starch.
bake 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.   Cool then slice into 1/2 pieces and eat. Great served with vanilla ice
