Gluten Free Banana Flax Muffins

This is what I had for breakfast this morning, I'm trying to add more flax to my diet.
I don't like fish much,  this might be the best way for me to get  my  Omega 3 fatty acid in, along
with a bunch of fiber...got to be honest.  I didn't eat the pear or the apple, but I did eat the orange.
Mornings might be the easiest time for any of us to eat healthy. Well here's the recipe.

Gluten Free Banana Flax Muffins
2 mashed bananas
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup flax ( ground flax)
3/4 almond flour
1/4 tapioca flour
1 teaspoons  baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 eggs

bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
just place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork.
line muffin pan with cup cake papers
